Are all your products handmade?
Yes! Every item from Made by Kati is handmade with care. Because of this, slight variations may occur, making each piece unique.
**NOTE: Lucille's Boutique is a reseller sister shop from big market brands. NOT handmade necessarily.**
How long does it take to ship orders?
Processing times can vary depending on the item, but most orders are packaged and shipped within a few business days. You will receive tracking information once your order ships.
Do you take custom orders?
Occasionally! Custom requests depend on availability and the type of item. Feel free to reach out through the contact page to ask about current options.
Orders
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because many of our items are handmade and begin processing quickly, cancellations or changes aren’t always guaranteed. If you need to cancel or make a change, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help before your order is processed.
What if my shipping address is wrong?
If you notice your shipping address is incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been processed or shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update it. Once an order has shipped, we’re unable to change the address and the package will follow the carrier’s delivery process.
Can I get my order sent as a gift?
Absolutely! Please reach out before your order is placed or in the order notes leave contact information so we can discuss gift wrapping options! No extra charge is usually placed on gift orders.
Returns
Can I return a sale item?
No. Sale items are final!
If you have a separate issue with your order such as damage, please contact us through the contact page.
My order is here, but it was damaged in transit!
If your order arrives damaged or something isn’t right, please reach out within a few days of delivery via the contact page. Include your order number and a photo of the delivery and the products so we can review it and work with you to make it right. Your satisfaction is important to us! 💛
Do you accept refunds?
We will work our best to help you navigate damaged items or if there was a mistake in packaging your order. Since most of our items are handmade, we do not refund orders for no cause.
Shipping
Can I track my parcel online?
Yes! Check your email address on file for your latest tracking information! If you didn't get a tracking email after 5 days and it is NOT in your spam folder, please reach out!
How long does delivery take?
It depends on the shipping method! Most packages are sent priority mail, so once it has shipped it could take up to a week for delivery! Please check your tracking number for the latest updates from the mail carrier.
